We are excited to share that HarvestGlow took part in the Shifting the Power governance training, generously supported by Tilitonse Foundation and NGO Regulatory Authority - NGORA Comic Relief We want to extend a huge thank you to Tilitonse Foundation and NGORA for supporting HarvestGlow as we take part in the Shifting the Power governance training. The training is already proving to be a transformative experience.

Our team is engaging in practical sessions on organizational governance, leadership accountability, regulatory compliance, and strengthening internal systems. We are learning how to build a resilient, transparent, and community-driven organization while shifting power to local actors empowering us to lead solutions that truly respond to community needs. Through interactive discussions, peer learning, and hands-on exercises, we are gaining new insights into strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization.
